Wax is a framed original acrylic painting by Nick Purser.

Music can be the launchpad to endless different worlds. The way that sounds can be  frozen within the grooves of a vinyl record increases the sense of magic and possibility. Wax is my homage to vinyl.

Overall framed dimensions: 103 x 103cms, 3.2cms in depth. The frame is an elegant antique silver 'floating' frame with a 5mm space between the canvas and frame edge. Canvas dimensions: 100cms x 100cms, 1.8cms in depth. Stretched 380g canvas. Signed and dated on the reverse.
