I wanted to design some stencils that worked as simple motifs against a cream palette that suggested the still, dry heat of the desert. 

Desert Plain is an original painting using Montana spray paint; on 12” X 12”, 240 gsm textured paper. It comes signed and stamped, with a window mount and backing board.

Note: This painting uses a metallic gold paint which looks different under changing light. It can look brighter or duller depending on how light catches it.
