REACTION

Reaction is a framed original acrylic painting by Nick Purser. Delicate washes of colour and then dramatic sweeps of paint were used to create this pair of paintings. They can be bought singly but they work better as a pair with the cream dissecting both. They are about chemical or physical reactions found in nature and science. It’s me trying to get inside the actual physics of what makes up our world.

Overall framed dimensions: 64 x 64cms, 3.2cms in depth. The frame is an elegant antique gold ‘floating’ frame with a 5mm space between the canvas and frame edge. Canvas dimensions: 61cms x 61cms, 1.8cms in depth. Stretched 380g canvas. Signed and dated on the reverse.
